PRIVACY POLICY NOTICE
(as required by SEC Regulation S-P)

The nature of our business requires that we collect non-public personal information about our clients. Non-public personal information is personally identifiable financial information including, for example, social security numbers, dates of birth, income, account numbers and balances, account transaction histories, and other financial information.

Newport Private Capital and its affiliates ("NPC"), like other professionals who advise on personal financial matters, is required by federal law to inform its clients of its policies regarding the privacy of client information. NPC is committed to protecting the confidentiality and security of its client's personal and financial information.

In the course of providing our clients with certain advice, NPC may receive non-public personal financial information from our clients, their attorneys and other third party representatives, such as financial statements, tax returns, documents and other personal information. All non-public information that we receive regarding our clients or former clients is held in the strictest confidence, and is not disclosed to any non-affililiated third parties without the client’s authorization, except as required or permitted by law. Client information is used only for our business purposes and we do not sell client information to anyone. Access to a client’s non-public personal information is restricted to those of our representatives and employees who need to know that information, in order to provide our clients with services and/or products.

At times, client information may be reviewed by our outside service providers, including but not limited to accountants, lawyers, consultants, brokers and custodians. In all cases, NPC will review the service provider's privacy policies to ensure that clients' information is not misappropriated or used in a manner that is contrary to our privacy policy.

Please be advised that NPC retains records relating to professional services that we provide so that we are better able to assist you with your needs and, in some cases, to comply with professional guidelines. While we strive to update changing client information on a contemporaneous basis, we ask that you monitor all such information for errors, and immediately notify us of any inaccuracies.

We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards to protect against the unauthorized disclosure of your nonpublic personal information. With respect to online privacy, we employ certain internet specific practices to maintain the security of your online sessions, including but not limited to firewall barriers, encryption and authentication procedures.

In the event that these policies change, NPC will provide you with a sufficient amount of time to opt out of any disclosure provisions. Nevertheless, NPC will provide a copy of its annual privacy notice to all clients upon inception of our engagement. In addition, each of our active clients shall be provided with a copy of our privacy notice within ninety (90) days following the close of the calendar year-end.
